Trust is the foundation of a feedback platform. PollVey is built on data minimization, user control, and strong protections — with special care for minors. This summary explains our approach; the full policy is available in the app.

Our privacy principles

• Anonymous voting. Responses are recorded without attributing them to individuals.
• Data minimization. We collect only what's needed to run the service.
• User control. You can export, edit, and delete your data.
• Coarse, optional location only. Location is never required to participate.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (such as name and email), content you create (polls and surveys), and limited usage information needed to operate and improve the app. Where you enable optional features, we collect only what those features require.

How we use information

• To provide polls, surveys, live results, and analytics.
• To keep the platform safe through AI and human moderation.
• To process purchases via Apple and Google (we never see or store card details).

Payments

Digital purchases — business subscriptions and consumable Poll Credits — are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing. PollVey never collects or stores your payment card details.

Visibility & sharing controls

Creators choose who can find, vote on, and see the results of each poll — live, hidden until closed, creator-only, or participant-only. We do not sell your personal data.

Teen privacy (ages 13–17)

• More private defaults and restricted discovery for teen accounts.
• No business or ad targeting of minors.
• No behavioral ad profiling.
• Age-inappropriate content is blocked from reaching teen accounts.

Users must be at least 13 years old to use PollVey.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app. To make a request or ask a question, contact us at support@pollvey.com.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
