These terms govern your use of PollVey. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. This is a summary; the full terms are available in the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PollVey. Teen accounts (ages 13–17) receive additional protections that cannot be configured away.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Our Community Guidelines prohibit harassment, hate, spam, and exploitation. We use AI and human moderation, and provide one-tap reporting and blocking. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content & AI
You own the content you create. AI features are assistants: outputs are drafts you review, edit, and approve. PollVey never auto-publishes content or makes decisions automatically on your behalf.
5. Business subscriptions
- An active business subscription is required to create business polls and surveys, manage Audience Groups, access AI business tools, view analytics, and purchase Poll Credits.
- Every business account includes a 14-day free trial with full Starter features and 50 complimentary Poll Credits.
- If a subscription lapses, business features pause until renewal; your existing data is preserved.
6. Poll Credits
Poll Credits are consumable purchases used only when distributing business polls and surveys — one credit per recipient. Credit balances are shown in your Business Dashboard.
7. Billing
All digital purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play Billing and are subject to their terms. PollVey never collects or stores your payment card details. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account.
8. Privacy
Your use of PollVey is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app and reflected in the "last updated" date above.
